Year 7/8 Camp
On Monday, 2nd December the Year 7/8 class, Miss Currall, Mr Samson, Ms Watkins and a group of parents set off on camp. It was a fantastic 3 days filled with plenty of cycling, kayaking, and running around.
We cycled 72 km from Lake Roxburgh Dam through to Lawrence over 2 days and then (after a slight change of plans) kayaked down the Catlins River to Pounawea. The students had a great time and showed many of our school values including tenacity. Thank you very much to all the parents who took time off work to make this camp possible – without you this would not have been possible!
