Clutha Triathlon, Cancellations & Facebook group...
Clutha Triathlon:
On Tuesday 17th March, TCAS had a small team of 11 Triathletes made up of four Individuals and three teams participate in the Cutha Triathlon held in and around the Balclutha Centennial Pool. Harry Walker was our only Year 5-6 individual competitor running 2km, biking 4km and swimming 100m finishing a commendable 6th place in Year 6 boys section. The remainder of the competitors were in the Year 7-8 section which ran 3km, biked 6km and swam 150m with Cooper Cleland placing 2nd in the Year 8 Boys Individual Section and Ella Senior (run and bike) and Amelia Morrison (swim) teamed up in the Year 8 Girls section placing 3rd. It was an awesome effort by everyone who attended, especially with supporting other TCAS competitors while not racing.
