Science Roadshow in Gore
Last week the Year 7-9 students were fortunate to be able to attend the Science Roadshow in Gore, thanks to STAR funding.
There were two shows - one about kitchen chemistry and one about Bernoulli and pressure. Students then had the opportunity to wander around 60+ exhibits ranging from testing the strength of your hand, to looking at the power of earthquakes, to observing how the heart works.
It was great for our learners to see all the different types of science and how it can be used in everyday life. We look forward to going again in 2021.
