What a truly fantastic way to wrap up a wonderful year of learning in Room 2! On Tuesday, December 2nd, our class headed out to Balclutha for our highly anticipated end-of-year day out. 

The excitement levels were through the roof as we arrived at the Riviera Cinema. The students settled in with some delicious popcorn to share and thoroughly enjoyed watching Zootopia 2 on the big screen; it was the perfect treat to kick off the day. Following the movie, we made the most of the amazing weather by heading over to Centennial Park. The sun was shining as we tucked into some shared hot chips and the children loved it.

It was heartwarming to see everyone having such a lovely time together to celebrate their hard work this year.  

We would like to thank Rachel, Sophie, and Jeanette for coming along to help and for making the day run so smoothly. We couldn’t have done it without you.
