On Wednesday we warmly farewelled Summer, who has been teaching Mandarin to our Year 1–10 students this year. Her lessons have been a real highlight for our ākonga - full of energy, culture, and fun learning experiences. To celebrate her final day, Summer treated the students to homemade bubble tea, giving everyone a chance to try a range of delicious flavours.

We are grateful for the enthusiasm and care she brought to our kura, and we wish her all the very best for the future. We now look forward to welcoming our new Mandarin teacher in the new year.
