Last Friday, five students laced up their shoes to represent TCAS and South Otago on the big stage at the Otago Primary Schools Cross Country in Dunedin. After qualifying with a strong showing at Clinton, Maggie Bradfield, Indie Parkes, Ella Sellars, Emma Parkes and Kayden Parkes were ready to go the extra mile (literally).

With nearly 700 runners from 90 schools charging around the course at Kaikorai Valley College, it was no small feat (or should we say feet?). The rain stayed away, but the competition definitely didn’t!
