On Monday Room 1 joined with Room 19 for an hour and took part in some cooperative activities. It was wonderful to see how the older ākonga in Room 19 students were helping the younger Room 1 ākonga. There was lots of chatter in the groups, but it was all related to the activities. Great ideas were swapped from younger and older alike.
