On Sunday, early in the morning when most people were enjoying the extra hour's sleep from the end of daylight savings, four swimmers made their way to Moana Pool to compete in the annual Otago Primary School Championships. Mika Nakajima, Harry Lietze, William Perrin and Declan Brookland had already achieved a feat by qualifying through the South Otago Primary Schools meet. Each swimmer performed incredibly in their qualifying events and it was evident that our TCAS values were on display throughout the day. 

Everyone gave their best effort and achieved personal bests in their races! A special thank you to our parents for providing transportation, and to Kerri and Robyn for managing and coaching the team. Thanks to Swimming Otago that once again organized a well-run event, where every one of the students had the opportunity to swim in a race. Congratulations to all the swimmers on their achievements!
