Open afternoon for Voyagers project
Thursday afternoon became busier in the junior block as whānau came to see the results of a term's worth of learning on voyagers.
On Thursday, Room 1, 2 and 3 hosted an open afternoon to mark the conclusion of our voyagers learning project. It was wonderful to have so many whānau attend and engage with the children as they enthusiastically shared what they have learned. There were interactive walls with IPads that linked to learning, a rather large diorama, compass stars and matariki-based learning too.
A huge thanks to all the whānau that were able to attend and see what the juniors have been learning.
