The Year 7 and 8s were lucky enough to have Ginny Ridgen and Craig Gordon from Sport Clutha come in and take them all of them through an introduction to the PALS course. 

PALs (Physical Activity Leaders) builds on the nationally recognised Sport NZ Growing Leaders resource which provides the foundations for instilling leadership traits among our primary students. The programme teaches inclusion and adaptability to our young leaders, setting them up to become great leaders in life. 

This programme usually requires an application process and a mornings training session in Clutha for only a handful of students so we are very lucky to have both Ginny & Craig join us onsite for this training.
