Year 5 and 6 braved the weather and headed to Milton to compete in the annual hockey tournament run by Sport Clutha on Tuesday. Accompanied by Mrs Wilkinson and Mr Bloxham, teams battled in round robin games against other primary schools in the district.

The weather proved to be the most challenging part, as with the rain showers made for a muddy field, but that did not stop the smiles and the growing amount of washing for parents. Well done to all the students who displayed our school values both on and off the field and demonstrated sportsmanship perfectly.
